Many Rainbow Service centers if the vacuum is still under warranty put a brand new motor in it (I guess Rainbow pays them to do it) even though the old one was perfectly fine. So we get these motors in used and go through them to make sure they are in perfect working condition. You can literally save over a hundred dollars by buying this one over new.
