Comment: The machine itself works great but the shipping for it took forever. If you want Amazon to do it expect to wait a month then maybe you'll see that its ordered. I still haven't received it yet but my sister has one and it works great, not too loud like most of the vaccum cleaners. Before ordering remember that you'll be waiting

Comment: I purchased this vacuum in March 06 after reading two great reviews. I waited until now to write mine. Wanted to be sure I gave a honest review. I dislike this vacuum thoroughly. We are a family of nine. So I thought being commercial it would pull the load. It has 6 settings. On my carpet a setting of 4 is not enough to clean right and a setting of 3 it suctions into the carpet too tight. The handle from day one has to be jiggled left and right about 6 times to get it to come down. When I run it on the bare floor on any setting it sprays the rocks and dirt from behind and stings my feet. It is heavy but I can live with that but an elderly person could not. I gave it a one star rating because the long cord is nice. But I can not wait until I can get a new one.
