Summary: 15 Minute Battery Life!! Not a Regular Vac, Only For Touch-Ups.
Comment: You should know before you buy: the battery only allows 10 minutes of vacuuming. This works for about 800 sq ft, maybe 1000. It needs 20 HOURS of charging between uses. No where in the sales description or owner's manual does it say this. I called customer service and they said that's normal.

I thought about returning it because of that, but I do like it. It's lightweight and easy. It does great with pet hair, but it fills up quickly. Basically, it's a dustbuster with a long handle. The dustbuster part comes off to pick up larger things, like coffee beans. The attachments allow for sucking dirt from under the stove, fridge, etc. It is no good on upholstery and probably not great on carpet.

UPDATE: I wish I could up my stars to 4 because even with the short battery life, I love it for the ease of use. It kind of forces me to do my vacuuming quickly with no dilly dallying around. I always know my 1500 sq ft of polished concrete floors will be vac'd in less than 15 min, so it's no big deal for me to vac more often. This beats sweeping any day!

Summary: Loved it, but fell apart!
Comment: I loved this vacuum. It was powerful enough to pick up just about anything and the convenience of the hand vacuum AND cordless! It even got my kids excited to clean up after dinner. However, after I've had it for a year (and after the warranty has run out), a small plastic piece that holds in the roller fell off and disappeared. It can be replaced, but I have to take it to a vacuum repair shop that services Electrolux. The price of the part and service is about half the cost of a whole new vacuum. So, I am opting to try a less expensive model of another brand.

Summary: better for hair than crumbs
Comment: The Ergorapido is lightweight and handy for stairs, but for the kitchen area where crumbs are the main thing to clean, it tends to scatter them. It also does not get into corners or edges well. But for my large kitchen with har wood floors I do still use it just to save time, knowing that it will not look perfect when I am done.

Summary: a beautiful overpriced tall dustbuster
Comment: Well I succumbed to the beautiful orange color and the nice design and the name Electrolux, and I loved it for a few days because it looks really cool on the wall and it's easy to maneuver. but it's just a dustbuster and doesn't pick up more than dust -- nothing as heavy as a 1/4" piece of dry leaf. Pretty useless!

Summary: not really worth the money
Comment: I bought this stick vac 1 year ago to use on the wood floors in my kitchen. At first it picked up really well, but after several months of use the pick up power was not as it should be. I wouldn't buy another one, even though I do hava an Elextrolux vacuum cleaner for the rest of the house. The warranty has expired of course.
