Comment: This is a great product. It has a limited amount of battery power behind it but the suction power is incredible for such a tiny hand vac. The battery power will last about 10 to 15 minutes on high and a little longer on low. It is great though for just small everyday uses. I have a 2 yr old and this was one of the best things to have on hand to clean up after him. It's quick and powerful (unlike my older hand vac.) and the adjustable nose is great as well. Great item. Highly recommend.

Summary: Cordless Vacuum works as expected
Comment: Black & Decker PHV1800CB 18-Volt works just as I had expected, performs all the tasks that I require of it with plenty of suction. As a new father of a now one year old the hand vac comes in VERY handy. As to the comments others have made about the length of battery life I find the cleaner battery life to be more than adequate to complete the small clean up jobs the vac is designed for, if your looking for a small vac to clean an entire room this is not the one and you should look into purchasing a full size vacuum.

Comment: This B&D PHV1800 Hand Vac is like a l'il shop vac, easy to use, powerful, sucks it all up. The filter and cannister are efficient and easy to clean. Bought one for my parents too.

Summary: B & D's little dynamo!!
Comment: Nice little package with power to burn!! It gets a tad heavy doing any lengthy cleanup but the end result is always the same...CLEAN!!! My dog rides shotgun with me everywhere and dog hair is no match for this guy. I also roast and grind my green coffee beans for extracting espresso and this B & D is a permanent fixture at my coffee station!! Very handy and versatile and battery has never run out on me...highly recommend!! Joe in TN

Comment: Can't live without this. It's worth the high price. It picks up everything, including large items, and the battery charge lasts a long time. It's great for cleaning up around food around children's high chairs, under sofa cushions. This is a far cry about the cheap Dust Buster type cordless vacuums.
