Comment: Now that I have this product, I wonder how I lived without it. It's cordless,always charged, ready to go anywhere, suction is incredible. I originally bought it as a car vac, but find myself constantly using it for quick cleanups on countertops, stairs, kitchen, etc. and hard to reach places. It makes my life easier because clean-up anywhere is a cinch. I've read the complaints on it being loud. It's only as loud as any other vac, maybe seems loud 'cause it's such a little thing...doesn't bother me. I even had to take it on vacation with me. Bottom line: This is one of those rare purchases in life that you can actually be satisfied with!! djb

Summary: The swivel head is magnificent!!
Comment: I deperately needed a hand vac, and this one was in my price range. It has great suction, lots of power, and the swivel head is the frosting on top. It's fairly lightweight, and easy to maneuver!

Summary: Working Very Well
Comment: I have to agree with the majority of reveiewers here that this is a nice little handheld vac. Sucks up just about anything in its path (especially the endless piles of hair from our chocolate lab on our hardwoord floors), the pivoting nozzle works great. Two very minor complaints: capacity is not so great (probably it's more that our dog sheds a lot) and it's not especially quiet (doubtful that it could be much quieter and still have such great suction though). All in all our family is very pleased with this purchase.

Comment: Bought this maybe about 2 years ago. My concern in buying another hand vac was the reliability (battery life) of the old "Dust Busters". This one is supposed to have a replaceable battery but I have never had that need since it still works through any job I have for it.
